Frequently Asked Questions

Who do I address my invoice to?

When invoicing for NDIS supports delivered you should always address the invoice to the NDIS participant, not the plan manager.

Do you pay unregistered providers as a plan manager?

Yes we can pay unregistered providers, except for certain services the NDIA deem high risk which must be delivered by a registered NDIS service provider.

Should service agreement terms align with the participant’s budget terms, be yearly or quarterly?

It is not a requirement, however it makes things easier to align with participant plan dates.

What are reserve funds?

Reserve funds are funds allocated in a participant’s NDIS plan to a specific service from a specific provider. This can be a great way for participants to have confidence they will have enough funds for the supports they need and allows providers selected visibility over the funds available to them.

How can I see a participants budget or be notified when their funding is low?

You cannot see a participants funding as this is their private information, we notify participants, nominees and support coordinators when funding getting low. The only way for some visibility is to organise reserve funds.

What are the most common reasons for payment delays?

  • Incorrect or missing details on invoice
  • Insufficient funds
  • Not an approved NDIS support
  • Above maximum price limit
  • Not within claiming timeframe
  • Incorrect budget category or no budget category

How do I know if there is an issue with my invoice?

We email the provider if there is any issue with your invoice and explain why, it is also visible on the MyIntegra portal.

What happens if my invoice is rejected?

We always do our best to let you know why your invoice was rejected, if we know why. Often the provider just needs to provide additional supporting documentation sch as service agreements, rosters or descriptions.
