The portal is really easy to navigate and invoices are processed quickly. I am contacted immediately if an unrecognized or inactive provider sends them an invoice. After the initial task of setting up my account, which was a bit of a trial, I have found MyIntegra a very good choice as the plan managers for my son's NDIS Plan.  Recently I had reason to ring the help line regarding some emails I had received concerning this and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained to me in layman's language I could understand.  This means that it wasn't a complicated explanation and she was willing to talk to me at great length about the plan in general.

I really really loved MyIntegra, I'm a newly user of this app but I find it very easy and simple to use but most of all if you're stuck or have any problems trying to do your invoice, the staff are absolutely fantastic, very helpful and however long it takes to solved your problem they're happy to do it.
