Before a plan manager can start managing your NDIS funds, you need to tell the NDIA who your plan manager is. This is called endorsing your plan manager.
This only needs to be done by NDIS participants with PACE plans.
There are a couple of different ways you can endorse a plan manager, and it depends on your situation, so we have broken it all done for you.
If it’s your first NDIS plan
1. Check if you have plan management included in your plan already. It will be under the Capacity Building budget in a category called “Choice and Control”. If not, you can get it added by asking your NDIS contact such as your LAC or NDIA planner.
2. Select a plan manager. For what to look for when choosing a plan manager read our blog Choosing the right plan manager.
3. Endorse your chosen plan manager by calling the NDIA on 1800 800 110. To endorse MyIntegra as your plan manager, you’ll need our details provided below.
If your plan is currently agency or self-managed
1. Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and ask for “Choice and Control” to be added to your NDIS plan. You can do this at any point during your plan, it does not need to wait for a plan reassessment.
2. Select a plan manager. For guidance on what to look for when choosing a plan manager, read our blog Choosing the right plan manager.
3. Endorse your chosen plan manager by calling the NDIA on 1800 800 110, you can also do it via the NDIS participant portal (instructions below). To endorse MyIntegra as your plan manager, you’ll need our details provided below.
I want to switch plan managers
If you are currently with another plan manager and want to switch to MyIntegra Plan Management, you can do that at any time.
1. Sign up online with MyIntegra Plan Management.
2. Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to endorse MyIntegra as your plan manager and let them you have chosen MyIntegra as your plan manager, you can also do it via the NDIS participant portal (instructions below).
3. We’ll take care of the rest including letting your providers know where to send invoices moving forward.
Use the ‘my NDIS participant portal’ to endorse a plan manager
If you have already had a NDIS plan, you can endorse a plan manager directly in the NDIS participant portal.
1. Sign into your ‘my NDIS participant portal’
2. Go to provider relationships and click ‘my providers’.
3. If you already have a plan manager, click the drop down next to your current plan manager and select ‘end role’. Type Integrated Care Pty Ltd and choose the role ‘plan manager’.

Tips for endorsing MyIntegra as your plan manager
- Endorsing a plan manager can only be done by a participant, nominee or guardian, it cannot be done by a support coordinator or any other person.
- When endorsing MyIntegra as your plan manager you’ll need:
Your NDIS Number.
MyIntegra’s full business name: Integrated Care Pty Ltd trading as MyIntegra
MyIntegra ABN: 62 149 233 634
MyIntegra NDIS registration number: 4050003624 - Ask for MyIntegra to be your plan manager from your plans start date, no matter how far into your plan you are, so that no invoices are missed being processed.
- Endorsing a plan manager is simple and it should be confirmed while you are on the phone with the NDIA, you shouldn’t need to wait for confirmation.
