Meet the MyIntegra App

We’ve got some big news: we have launched the MyIntegra app!

You may remember last year we upgraded our portal for a more cohesive and user-friendly experience. Now that you’ve had some time to get used to it – we want to make things even easier for you. Enter: the MyIntegra app.

You can now access everything you need directly from your smartphone with the brand new MyIntegra app. All the perks of the portal in the palm of your hand? Yes please!

You’re going to love it

You’re going to love it for so many reasons – most of all for the convenience it offers. Here are a few of the features of the new MyIntegra app.

  1. Approve invoices at the touch of a button – You can either approve or reject the invoice simply by opening your app. As always, we’ll give you 3 business days to review the invoice and either approve or reject it. If you don’t take any action, MyIntegra will automatically approve the invoice on your behalf.
  2. Keep up-to-date with your budgets in real-time – Access your budget information at any time, in real time, in the palm of your hand in the MyIntegra app. You can view or download budget reports and access detailed information about your expenditure and invoices with a touch of a few buttons. Pro tip: turn on app notifications for alerts on your budget.
  3. Raise invoices immediately – On the MyIntegra app, you can easily raise an invoice at the touch of a button. No more manual formatting: just fill in the blanks and you’re ready to go. From here, you’ll paid easily and efficiently. Remember: if an invoice isn’t approved within 3 days, MyIntegra will automatically approve it on the participant’s behalf.
  4. Reserve funds directly from the app – Reserving funds through the MyIntegra app ensures both participants and their providers have confidence in knowing services can be provided with out risk of overspending. Our app is one of the first of it’s kind that can help with reserving NDIS funds.
  5. Check multiple accounts at the same time – As a support coordinator, you can keep up with multiple client accounts in one place. No more multiple logins over multiple portals: one place to keep your participant’s budgets on-track, at all times.
  6. And so much more – Anything you can do from the portal, you can do from the app. We’re all about making our services straightforward and accessible for all of our customers. Best of all? All upcoming improvements to the MyIntegra portal experience will automatically be reflected on the app as well as desktop version. That means if you are on the move or prefer the mobile experience, you won’t miss out.
