For NDIS participants without Support Coordination in their plan, a specific request needs to be made. Discuss your needs with your LAC and explain how a dedicated ACT Support Coordinator will help. Some reasons you may be eligible include going through major life changes, not having the right support environment or if this is your first NDIS plan.
If you already have Support Coordination in your plan you can switch to an ACT Support Coordinator at any stage of your NDIS journey. We'll also update your current Support Coordinator and providers on the change.
