The best thing about MyIntegra is that a real person who is empathetic, professional and wise answers the phone. If they don’t know the answer, they persist until they find it.

Help with end of plan / renew plan what is the procedure
Needed to know what happens when a participants plan is due to expire and no LAC has contacted nominated contact for plan review. I was given excellent information as to the process. The operator from Integra was able to answer all my questions. It put the fears of the participant to rest as they will not run out of funding while the end of plan process renew plan process is working through the system. Dealing with the NDIS is difficult when you need information but having the expert staff of Integra to talk to takes the complexity and dare I say fear out of the enquiry. I would recommend Integra and their staff to anyone who needs expert advise and exceptional plan management. They are that behind the scenes partner for participants and providers. A big thankyou to Integra for all your support.
Communication at its best
I have had a few issues, as I always have with starting new work and getting the pay coming in smoothly, invoices correct etc. Integra are so easy to contact and talk to! They are polite and helpful and find any ways they can to make the service provider and the NDIS client at complete ease. I am impressed so far with the easy communication. Comparative to all other government departments (like the Education department, for example), they shine in their ability to keep all participants and providers happy. I look forward to a long relationship with Integra.
