Recently, the Independent Review into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS review) published its final report.
The NDIS review has proposed some significant changes to the scheme to ensure its long-term sustainability. We want to reassure our community that at present it’s business as usual and the support you receive from MyIntegra for Plan Management or Support Coordination services remains unchanged.
While there is still a lot about the review that remains unclear, it’s important to emphasise that MyIntegra is here for our participants for the long term. Whether it is NDIS Plan Management, NDIS Support Coordination or the new Navigator role, we’re committed to providing you with the best support possible by always focusing on providing you with a great service and making your experience better.
Over the past 18 months, we have invested in new systems and processes to improve quality and efficiency We will continue to invest in improvements to make sure we offer the very best service.
Preparing for the future
The introduction of the new Navigator role is an exciting opportunity for MyIntegra to add even more value for our participants. We are eager to participate in ongoing discussions with the NDIS, people with disability and the broader disability community over the coming months. This will help us plan and make sure that we are ready to support you in the future.
