How do I get Plan Management?

You can ask for NDIS Plan Management at your initial planning or review meeting, by advising the planner or local area coordinator (LAC) of your choice. You can even use our 'Request for Plan Management Letter' to help make it easier. If you already have an NDIS plan that is self managed or agency managed you can request a 'Light Touch Review' by calling the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or your LAC and asking to have Plan Management included and funded in your plan.

How can I switch to MyIntegra Plan Management?

If you already have a plan manager and want to make the switch to MyIntegra Plan Management you can sign up online now or contact us on 1800 696 347. We’ll assist you in contacting your current plan manager to arrange the transition and ensure there are no disruptions to the payments of your supports. All we'll need is the name of your current plan management company.

What is Support Coordination?

NDIS Support Coordination is a service offered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Australia. It is designed to assist individuals with disabilities to implement their NDIS plans to achieve their goals and maximise their plan's benefits. Support Coordination involves working closely with a Support Coordinator, who can provide guidance, information, and practical assistance to you. The main objective of NDIS Support Coordination is to help you understand your NDIS plan, connect with appropriate service providers, and coordinate supports and services to ensure that your individual needs and goals are met.

NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits

The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously NDIS Price Guide) helps you understand price controls for supports and services for work in the NDIS to ensure you are receiving value for money.

Despite its name, the pricing arrangement and price limits does not contain prices. Instead, it outlines policy information and guidance for providers, support coordinators, plan managers and participants.

Each year, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) does an annual pricing review and releases new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) pricing arrangements. The prices for services are based on market trends and NDIS performance data.

A new price guide gets released on 1 July every year. When it's ready, you can find the updated version on the NDIS website.

NDIS Support Catalogue Price list for NDIS services and supports

Published annually the NDIS Support Catalogue is a price list for services and supports available through the NDIS. It includes a cap or maximum price a service can cost. It contains prices, limits, support categories and descriptions and line item numbers.

This will help you identify what is claimable, ensure what you are paying is fair and that you are using the right type of support categories for invoicing and payments.
