Starting the process with MyIntegra support coordination is easy. You can either complete our online contact form or call our friendly team on 1300 937 187.
When you sign up for support coordination, it’s a good idea to have your NDIS plan handy, and if required, your nominee details.
Support coordination is funded through your NDIS plan under Capacity Building. Alternatively, you can use your Core Support budget to pay for a support coordinator.
We will put you in touch with one of our local support coordinators, who will chat with you about your plan, your goals and answer any of your questions. This is your chance to see if they are a good fit for you! If you want to move ahead, we will ask you to agree to our Service Agreement.
We will send you a copy of the Service Agreement for you to review and agree to. This document talks about how we will work together. Our support coordinators can go through the agreement with your and help you to complete your details in the Service Agreement form if you wish.

Your local support coordinator will meet with you at some place convenient to you – at your home, a café or over the phone if that’s more appropriate. They will go through your plan and make sure you understand what’s in it and identify the types of supports and products you could be using to make the most of your funds and achieve your goals. Then we get to work!
