Here at Integra, we are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals. To make sure we’re on track to delivering a superior Support Coordination service, we recently asked our clients how satisfied they were with their experience dealing with Integra. The results - speak for themselves.

A resounding 93.3% of clients rated the quality of the Integra’s Support Coordination service as being ‘Very Satisfactory’ (40%) or ‘Superior’ (53.3%).

The highest rated quality demonstrated by the Integra team was ‘Responsiveness’ at 53.3% followed by ‘Patient’ at 26.7%.

Many of our clients value their Support Coordinator’s knowledge. This was confirmed by 100% of the respondents selecting either ‘Agree’ (33.3%) or ‘Strongly Agree’ (66.7%) to the statement ‘Integra’s Support Coordinators are knowledgeable in their area’.
